Please ensure you have the following required information available before beginning the online abstract submission process:

- Congress sub-theme relevant to your abstract

Field trip

We will visit the privately owned forests which have management plans and belong to the Montnegre i el Corredor Forest Owners Association. We will discuss the integrated and multifunctional management of oak and cork oak forests for the production of wood and cork and the prevention of large wildfires. We will also explain the process of joint valorization and marketing of wood and non-wood forest products. Forests are part of the coastal massif and Montnegre i el Corredor Natural Park.

The IV Mediterranean Forest Week will take place in Barcelona (Spain)

The Mediterranean Forest Week has been conceived as a common regional platform for cooperation on Mediterranean forests, aiming at improving the dialogue between the Mediterranean forest research community, policy-makers and the relevant stakeholders as well as at communicating to the international community and the society at large the relevance and challenges affecting Mediterranean forests.
